The thing is a lot of these studies are done on small sample sizes and really aren’t a great true representation. If a ton of ppl are saying a supplement works, regardless of what the science says, it probably does, at least for a lot of ppl. I take gabba for example and when you take it pure “scientifically” it’s not supposed to have any effect but it gives me a very distinct feeling no other supplement does. I think the fact of the matter is the science isnt fully fleshed out for a lot of these supplements despite what some medical experts may lean towards

I'm about to go through this procedure and I was under the impression that maybe in a month I'd be able to eat smaller amounts of what I'd typically eat. Rethinking my decision now reading responses of people on here. I am very obese so I really need something like this. Ozempic worked for me but there's still limited supply coming in 7 months after I had to stop taking it (because there was no supply at all where I live). I wish people who don't really need Ozempic stop taking it if they don't really need it so people like me don't have to consider uncomfortable procedures like this.

Just had my second dose of Wegovy having started a week ago. I’m 77 years old, 6’4”, 330 lbs. Up until 6 months ago I had been on a “loose” keto diet for about three years and lost about 40 lbs during that timeframe, from 340 to 228. But when I got burned out on keto and started eating normally, the weight came back almost immediately. With Wegovy, I’m hoping to get back down to 300 while watching my diet closely but have no motivation to try keto again. Also, I’m a Type 2 diabetic and was told to stop taking Januvia once I started Wegovy. I’ve done that but my blood sugar has increased significantly leaving me feeling very fatigued the last few days. Comments?

I was on orlistat scared to eat anything with fat in but i was so miserable all the time because I couldnt eat nice things, only rabbits food, and of course, the orlistat wasnt working. I've immersed myself in health videos recently with the goal of learning as much as possible for weight loss. I'm on Keto. One thing that annoys me when I'm watching these videos is when they say "small amount(s)". I wish they'd show a picture of "small" amount. AND THEN say "Only THIS small amount per day".I love watermelon and I hear it's good for blood pressure (which is a big concern of mine), but I don't want even a small amount if it's going to interfere with weight loss.
